Graduation Speech

As I think of graduation, I can't help but think of the words of the great Dr. Seuss:" You are off to great places. Today is your day. your mountain is waiting. So…...Get on your way. ”, I am still climbing and I cannot see the top of that mountain he’s talking about, I feel like I have been climbing for years but it has only been a short time - that’s how long of a way I have to go. Every time I think I am almost there I just look down and notice I have just begun, so might as well the best of it.
During my journey up this mountain, a lot of memories were created and a  lot of them will never be forgotten. When I came to Hynes, I was probably the weirdest person you ever met, even though I didn’t really talk to anybody.  In third grade my two front teeth were loose and I had one sticking out I looked like a pirate. I remember on the first day of school, Ella and Nicky kept asking me questions and I would look at them smile, and decide if I should nod yes or no,so I decided to do a pattern. In fourth grade Gina dared me to eat three packs of mustard for candy and I did it, I got m&ms, they were good. In fifth grade Angelina would sometimes sit next to me on the bus to copy my spelling homework, I didn’t know it was cheating I thought it was called helping, and then she or Grace would sometimes tell me scary stories it was really weird I know. In sixth grade I remember the video project in tech it was really fun to do but the video itself was really confusing and weird. In seventh grade I remember being moved a lot of times because I was talking, I was the one always being moved even though Noor was part of the conversation, so unfair. In eighth grade I remember Mrs. Joyner’s beautiful upside down Christmas tree, I remember her calling me creepy the next day. There were many more memories some I loved other I want to forget, but I am glad to have had a chance to meet some of you. There were a lot of ups and downs during my time here there will be more next year, but I would give up anything up to repeat my time here with you again. Can't wait to see you continue the journey up the mountain with me.

Endings and Beginnings

                        
  To end something is the same as beginning a whole new thing. End of school start of summer, end of a book start of any other. Something that's coming to an end is the school year but that gives us the beginning of summer! And after the end of summer is the beginning of High School.

Things that annoy me

   Oh my god, I hate it so much when people do annoying things on purpose to annoy me, like I know I do that too but it's really funny to see their reaction. 1. I hate when someone puts their foot on my chair and then starts shaking it, like honestly I don't mind if you put your foot there, but don't shake it. 2. When I look at someone and notice they are staring at me than look away than look again at them and they are still staring, it's kind of creepy. 3. When someone is humming next to me I am trying to focus on something, and than what's funny is that when you look at them they act like they didn't do anything. 4. When people I don't even talk to ask me for gum, I don' t mind if my friends ask me, we share everything with each other, or people I talk to like all the time, but if it's like someone I haven't talked to in like a month, and they act like you are their best friend. 5. When you are trying to think of something and your brain is like ha ha too bad, like right now I can't think of anything.

It's Complicated

     I don't know why but picking a book is really hard for me, sometimes I go days without a book because I can't find the perfect one. But, whenever I find a really good book, I will literally finish it overnight. Usually what happens is I think I found myself a good book, but I didn't that is why I always ask miss Joyner, it's funny how she knows what I like more than I do, or my friends. Whenever I pick out my own book the chances of me liking it isn't very big, but I have improved. For example I am the one that chose the last eight books by myself, technically it was two series, the hunger games and the selection series. I am not even joking they are like my favorite two series, I literally almost cried because I was on the last book, I wanted more. All in all, finding the perfect book takes a lot of time but when you do you, finish really quickly, it's so sad.

Three people I would send the day with

I wouldn't be able to chose three but I would chose four, I would chose my friends. I don't really hang out with them much but we do in school. We would go and eat at a nice place, duh eating first. I would want to go to cheesecake factory because I really want to go there and try it. We then would go get ice cream and hang out at the park, I know we already ate but is for snack, like who doesn't eat snack after dinner. We would end the day with a smoothie and walking home. It would be perfect because we get to eat throughout the whole day.

field trips

   Field Trips are important because they can be educational and fun. students get bored of school if their learning experience is not fun, field trips add a little fun to education. I like field trips because they are fun and educational. If there are field trips that the students can look forward to then they will most likely work harder in school. That is why I think field trips are important. 

Finding Dory

   Usually sequels aren't always the best, but this movie just proved that wrong. Finding Dory is a sequel To finding Nemo, when dory starts to remember things about her family she is determined to find them with the help of Nemo and marlin she starts the adventure. She meets new people along the way and starts to now the true meaning of family. This was a funny, heartwarming, and unforgettable movie that I will never get bored of watching. Ellen DeGeneres as dory just makes the movie even better. I love this movie and is definitely one of my favorite movies ever. 

Music is Life

This quote is like basically me when I listen to music because it helps me not think about my worries and sadness, it helps me forget my problems and sink into the music. I start singing and kind of dancing. It always makes me really happy for some reason. I actually read that when you listen to music or play it there is like fireworks in your brain, honestly that is basically what I feel. When I listen to sad music I always feel like I want to cry.Music is the key to my happiness.

President

     If I were president I would make sure that everyone had the same rights and that everyone had jobs. I wouldn't do anything to harm the country or the people of the country. I would try my best to establish laws that will help the country and it's people. I would also try to help countries everywhere that need help. 

Gifts

        I remember a gift that I got from a friend, it was a box of Ferrero Rocher which is my favorite chocolate in the whole wide world. If it was the only thing I could eat I would do it. It was for my birthday and with it I got a bag of takis and I also love takis. I love getting food for my birthday or any other occasion. 

My Name

    My name means loving, loved, and adored, basically my name means love. My name has always been read wrong and it's actually spelled wrong too, it is supposed to be with two "b's" not two "p's". Every time I have a substitute they always say it wrong, I get use to it. I have been teased about my name a lot too, and it gets really annoying. My name is really special because not many people have that name and that is why I love my name.

My Job in School

       If I had to have a job at school it would probably be a preschool or kindergarten teacher, because I love kids and I am really good with them also they are adorable and it would be an amazing opportunity to see them learn and grow. I would love to a have a job where I would always see people that I love everyday. I always loved kid and they always loved me I am just really good with kids. I would always read them a story everyday and watch them listen and enjoy the stories.

Food, Glorious Food

       I love to eat a lot of stuff and I also love trying out new food. I probably have the biggest appetite you'll ever see. I know I am not the only one that always makes these goals about eating healthy for the rest of your life and then like an hour later you are just like oh cake, where is the chips or, just one more chocolate bar before I get all healthy, trust me I know you do that, and I admit I do it too, a lot. Once I did that and I was like trying to find an excuse to eat junk food, like Oreo has cream and cream has milk therefor it's good for you, actually if you didn't know the cream in an Oreo actually doesn't have milk if you don't believe me google it. I would also be like chips is made out of potatoes that's good for you or chocolate comes from cocoa beans, that grows on trees therefor chocolate is a fruit.  I knew all that stuff was really bad for you but I just wanted to eat them so I would make an excuse for me to eat them.

 Does that not make you hungry.

My Childhood Favorite

          When I was little about the age of seven I had a doll that my friend gave me. The doll was not plastic but kind of like a stuffed animal, except it was tall and skinny with legs almost the size of my shoulder to elbow, and long arms too. She had a big head with hair that you couldn't really play with. I remember I changed her dress with another old doll I had because it got dirty and smelled weird, which was basically how she always smelled. So one day I decided to take her in the shower with me when my mom wasn't home, I knew she would get mad at me, after I was done, the doll was soaking wet and it had a weird smell so my mom later washed it for me the right way. I named the doll Salma, after my friend who gave it to me, I would sleep with her when I got scared and play with her all the time, but as time passed I stopped and would leave her in random places and sometimes forget she is even there. When I came to the U.S I didn't bring it along and now that I remember it I wish I did.

In Ten Years

        In ten years, I will be in college, I still don't know what I want to study in college, but it will be something that will help people. I will live with my parents and my little brother and little sister. I will be an aunt to my older brother and sister's kids. I can't see the future and don't know if any of that stuff will happen but I know that that is what I dream of and what I would like to happen.

Inspiring Quote

       This quote is really inspiring because it tells us that you shouldn't care about what people say about you because that isn't the reason you were put on earth. People don't tell you how to look and what to wear.  You have the choice for a reason; you choose what to do, people don't choose for you. You aren't going to enjoy your life if you care about what people say. You are not here to entertain them, but to live your best life.
